Hello, I’m Jennifer

I’m an Energetic Coach, Healing Practitioner, Student in Kinesiology and mind body medicine using Chinese medicine framework.

I help guide individuals and couples from conflict to deep, soul-level connection. I specialise in helping people move through heartbreak, release emotional triggers, and reprogram the body’s stress responses, so they can experience more freedom, alignment and love — both within themselves and in their relationships.

My journey here wasn’t exactly conventional (in fact, it involved an unexpected hospital trip in Berlin, some soul-searching with crystals, and a whole lot of inner rewiring!). But it led me to uncover powerful tools that create fast, lasting change — physically, emotionally and energetically.

With a background in health and fitness and over a decade immersed in mind-body reprogramming, I bring a practical, spiritual and science-backed approach to healing. I work with ambitious souls who are ready to stop the cycle of emotional burnout, reconnect to their power, and live a more joyful, connected life.

At my core, I’m just a girl who always wanted to help people, now, I get to do it on a global scale.
